Our training is non-specific and aimed at making people more athletic overall. The conditioning phase prepares people to better adjust to the rigors of their sports. It can increase your vertical jump, make your lifts stronger or make you run faster. Also, the more well prepared you are overall, the less nuisance injuries you can expect to sustain.
