CrossFit SoCal Fundamentals 6 session series will teach you the basic movements that are the core of our program. This class is a prerequisite to our Elite Fitness Classes.
The Fundamentals classes are taught one-on-one. Some of the exercises or functional movements that you will learn are: the squat, the deadlift, kipping pull-ups, the Snatch and Clean and Jerk, rowing techniques, handstands, ring work and much, much more! You also be provided with the tools and information for proper nutrition and diet.
