CrossFit HB is the 15th CrossFit Affiliate. It all started in 2005 when Mike Smith (our owner) found the CrossFit headquarters' website.

Mike quickly discovered the results that only CrossFit could provide, and began his affiliate in the backyard of his home with a couple of friends and rugby buddies. After moving around to several different locations, we have finally found the home that is now CrossFit HB.
