So how exactly does this work?
When you come in, a WOD or a workout of the day will be written on the white board. We’ll take you through a warm-up, ensure that you have no questions about the exercise you are going to do, then “3-2-1-GO!” make it happen. We often have instructionals after the workouts to teach new lifts or reinforce fundamentals. Attendence for these are optional.
